Feliz Ano Nuevo. I know it is a bit delayed, but I wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year. Antonio and I spent ours out at the campo where Heraldo, the Ranch’s caretaker, invited us over for some oven cooked lamb.

The pictures are incredibly beautiful. Or rather, the pictures are great — the country is incredibly beautiful. If it does turn out to be an El Nino year, maybe it will compensate a little to know that this might bring a bit of rain to the desert, where we could use it.
